Inbar was born and raised in Israel. In 2005 she relocated to the Scottsdale, Arizona. It was in Arizona, in an environment framed by spectacular mountains and quiet desert landscapes; that she decided to take her practice and interest in yoga to the next level and received her 200-hour RYT Certification at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. Since then she has taught and practiced in many wonderful places in Arizona, Israel and New York, including yoga centers, community centers and fitness centers.
Inbar approaches yoga as an opportunity to find relaxation and balance in a busy life and to cultivate the flexibility and fitness of body and mind. Inbar’s style is based on a background in Vinyasa, and she primarily teaches traditional Vinyasa (flow) classes, integrating the piritual and philosophical teachings of yoga.
Her favorite pose is ‘Triangle’ (Trikonasana), it is the quintessential standing pose in many styles of Yoga and when we practice trikonasana we are supremely conscious of looking upwards to the heavens while remaining firmly rooted to the earth.
